Upcoming Events

THROUGH OCTOBER 30:  The Annual Vantage Point Farmer's Market has returned outside the Maritime Center.  Hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Tuesday and Saturday through the end of October.  Besides fruits and vegetables, visitors will find bison meat, Yale bologna, smoked fish, eggs, honey, maple syrup, baked goods, jams and jellies, herbal teas, pasta, spider balls, herbs (plants and cuts), bushes, plants, and cut flowers.


AUGUST 7:  A tractor parade will end its journey at Vantage Point, during the August 7 Farmer's Market, near the Maritime Center.  Some 100 tractors, old and new, will be on view from noon to 2 p.m.


AUGUST 14:  The St. Clair County MSU Extension office will present a program during the Farmer's Market (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) covering eggplant, beets, and other root vegetables.
