The first major construction piece on the Desmond Landing property was the Harborside Office Center. It consists of a 100,000 ft² office building that houses SEMCO Energy Company headquarters, Precision Computer Solutions and Talmer Bank & Trust Data Center and Corporate Offices.

The Harborside Office Center complex features a 500-car garage and a connector to the Parfet Building.  Just south of the Harborside complex is Port Huron's YMCA.
